Treatment information — the service you are interested in and any notes, goals, or dental/medical history you choose to share with us so we can advise and plan care.
Communications — messages you send us via the website form, WhatsApp, email, or phone.
Limited technical data — basic information your browser sends (such as device and approximate location) needed to serve the website securely. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site at this time; if that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

How we use your information

To respond to your enquiry and confirm or reschedule appointments.
To provide dental consultations, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
To maintain clinical and billing records as required for your treatment.
To send you only the updates or reminders you have asked to receive.
